Cancellation and Refund Policy — Banjara Stay
At Banjara Stay, we value your trust and offer clear, traveler-friendly policies to make booking simple and worry-free. Below are our cancellation and refund terms.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are considered only if made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may not be eligible for a refund, as partner properties may have already reserved the stay and allocated resources.
- Bookings made for special events, holidays, or peak periods may be marked non-refundable; such conditions will be shown at the time of booking.
- Early check-outs after arrival are not eligible for refunds for the unused nights.
2. Refund Policy
- If a booking is cancelled within the eligible period, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- In case of double booking or confirmed unavailability from our end or the property’s end, a full refund will be issued.
- If the accommodation is significantly different from its description, contact Customer Support within 24 hours of check-in for review. We may offer an alternative stay or a refund after verification.
3. No-Show Policy
- If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will apply.
4. Exceptional Cases
- In genuine force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, or similar emergencies) refunds may be considered. Eligibility depends on partner property policies and supporting documentation.
